RaceSafety is all-in-one solution with hardware devices and software. The main component is the Kart Control Device (shutdown transponder) which controls the engine’s RPM of the go-karts. RaceSafety Software uses information from the positioning sensor and automatically or manually apply the remote control.
In the administrative panel, the manager can predefine the RPM reduction of the go-kart and the distance before a stopped kart, for a yellow and red flag, before entering the box, as well as the average speed difference and the distance between the drivers for blue flag. After the stopped kart (yellow and red flag modes) or the slower kart is overtaken (blue flag) the regular speed mode will be restored.
You can set up also a penalty time and speed mode in case of unregulated behavior from a driver at the track. All the flags modes can apply automatically, manually or the system can suggest flag mode which can be applied by the marshal based on his judgment.
